#lk #L_unit #Sunit ශ්‍රීලංකාවට නව මුදල් ඒකකයකට යෝජනාවක් මගෙන්... 🙂 ශ්‍රීලංකාවේ ආර්ථිකය සම්බන්ද දැනට පවතින අවප්‍රමානයවු රුපියලට ආදේශකයක් ලෙස මෙම නව SL Unit මුදල් ඒකකය හා පද්ධතිය ස්ථාපනය කලයුතුය. මෙම මුදලට නව අගයක් හා විනිමය අනුපාතයක් නියමකල යුතුය. මෙය Virtual හෝ Digital මුදල් ඒකකයක් ලෙස ක්‍රියාකරනු ඇත. සියලු පුරවැසියන්ට තම අනන්‍ය තාවය අනුව නිකුත්කරන ලද කාඩ් පතකින් හා QR කේතයක් මගින් ගනුදෙනු කළහැකි පද්ධතියක් නිශ්චිත කාලයක් තුල ස්ථාපනය කරනු ලැබේ. සියලුම ගනුදෙනු මෙම අනන්‍ය ගිණුම් හරහා සිදුකිරීම අනිවාර්ය කිරීමේ නීති පැනවීම මගින් මෙහි සපලතාවය ඉහල නංවාගත යුතුය. මෙම ගිණුම් පද්ධතියේ ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය ස්තායීවූ පසු දැනට පවතින මුදල් ඒකක හා චෙක්පත් ගනුදෙනු ක්‍රම සම්පූර්ණයෙන් නවතා හෝ මෙම ගිනුම් හා ඒකාබද්ධ කරනු ලැබේ. මෙම ගිණුම බහුවිධ ආකාරයෙන් ක්‍රියාකරන අතර ලැබීම් ගෙවීම් සිදුකරනවාට අමතරව සෞඛ්‍ය රක්ෂනයක්, අනන්‍යතා සහතිකයක්, පිවිසුම් බලපත්‍රයක් ලෙසම ජාතික දායකත්ව ගිණුම (ආදායම් බදු ගිණුම ) ලෙසද ක්‍රියාත්මක වනු ඇත. මෙමගින් සෘජු බදු අනුපාතය ඉහල නංවාගත හැකි අතර සියලු පුරවැසියන් ...
